How to Enjoy Dairy and Gluten During the Holidays

Updated: Mar 30, 2021

The holidays are just around the corner! For some, it’s the time of year where you get to indulge. For others, it’s that time of year where your food intolerances can make you feel extra restricted.

If you want to find out how you can enjoy the holidays and eat the foods you want without feeling bloated, gassy and gross, keep on reading!

Get your body normalized to the foods that are causing you problems

BIE (BioEnergetic Intolerance Elimination) is a health modality that can identify the foods that are causing your symptoms, and then normalizes your body to them. This is done by re-introducing the frequency patterns of the culprit foods to the body, so that the body can get “re-adjusted” to them.

If you feel sick when you eat things like dairy and gluten, the theory of BIE states that this is, in part, due to the body’s inability to properly recognize the culprit food. BIE works to reverse how the intolerance was created in the first place. When the body undergoes a period of high stress, it gets “confused” and starts making negative associations to the food that you were eating at the time of stress. The body takes whatever was at the “crime scene” (i.e. whatever you were eating during the period of stress), and now thinks the food is “harmful.” As a consequence, when you eat that particular food, the body “blocks” it and this results in a reaction. This is why you feel certain symptoms like bloating, gas, stomach pain, etc.

So, how does BIE help to reverse this?

In order to get the body re-acquainted with the identity of a particular food, the food has to be re-introduced to the body using the body’s language (i.e. electrical impulses). Most human cells communicate with each other through electrical signals. The low-grade electrical impulses from BIE introduces the frequencies of the culprit foods back to the body, while relaxing the body at the same time. Under these relaxed conditions, the body can form back a positive association to the food. The body no longer needs to identify the food as a harmful or a threat, therefore, alleviating the body of the usual symptoms.

Not too sure exactly which foods are causing you issues? If it is dairy or gluten, or both?

BIE helps to pin-point which foods may be causing your problems. An assessment tool, called muscle testing, is used to test the body’s strength to various food frequencies. The frequency of the food is held up to the arm muscle. If the muscle goes weak while being exposed to the frequency, this indicates that the body is NOT able to recognize the frequency of that food. The opposite is true is the arm muscle holds strong. Once

the assessment is complete, and the unrecognizable frequencies have been identified, they are then imprinted onto the body using a BIE patented device.
